Jonathan is a Director of JCR Associates and responsible for advisory work and Board Appointments. He also specialises in talent management and recruitment within the financial services industry.
He began his career in financial services working for an investment bank in London and has also worked in South Africa and the US. By the mid 1980's he had made the decision to plough his own furrow and left the city to start his own business. He built a management consultancy and training business, which was successfully sold in 1991. He then returned to work for Goldman Sachs International in London with a European remit.
During this period he was responsible to the Partners of the Firm in Europe for different aspects of business and people support. These initiatives included building teams, developing and evaluating staff, solving complex business problems and working with teams to develop strategies to take their businesses forward. In many cases, this included designing and executing implementation strategies. He also experienced his first real taste of recruitment, but from the "buy" side.
In 1995 he moved into Executive Search. Since that time he has built practices, teams and offices, as well as being a CEO and MD of two different Firms.
Jonathan has recruited chairmen and chief executives, chief operating officers and non-executive directors, as well as having a broad experience of recruiting across most product and functional lines within Financial and Professional Services.
Nowadays, he spends his time working for clients and recruiting specialist talent for them worldwide.

Olivia is a Director of JCR Associates and a member of the Search to Search Practice. Her main focus is working with the leading national and international executive search firms and specialist boutique companies. She also advises on talent and leadership issues and works with senior executives on build outs and career management initiatives.
She has over ten years’ experience in international recruitment and executive search and has recruited across most functions with emphasis on the financial services industry. Prior to joining JCR, she was an Associate Director of Norman Broadbent and a member of the financial services division. She began her career with Robert Walters Plc in the banking & finance team before moving into outsourcing, where she was seconded to a variety of blue chip financial institutions.
Her international career has included work experience in South Africa at TMP Executive Search, as a Consultant in their Johannesburg office, with responsibility for developing their search exposure in financial services.

Caroline has been an Associate at JCR Associates since 2009, fulfilling our research and information needs. She moved into executive search in 1996, as Head of Information at Heidrick & Struggles, before moving to another international firm to handle all their desk research and data protection issues before being appointed European Research Coordinator, where she managed the workload and training of the research team across EMEA.
Prior to her career in executive search, Caroline worked as an Information Officer for several of the major advertising agency groups including Bates, Lintas, Ayer and Gold Greenlees Trott. At GGT she was the International Information Coordinator, and a director of GGT Advertising. Her work was as varied as supporting the CEO on business development, to advising clients such as Cadbury and Cussons on changing demographics and international development.
